About Us
Co-Founder and former Congressman Rick Berg envisioned OMR after traveling throughout North Dakota. Rick found it difficult to maximize his time traveling the state while still making it home to his family in the evenings.
Rick discovered that through utilization of shared aircraft, an aligned structure could be created allowing businesses owners greater access to private business travel. This in turn allowed shared owners to travel for business, accomplish their trip’s goals, and return the same day. Through more efficient travel, they lost less time at home and enhanced productivity when returning to work versus days of commercial travel.
OMR is a third-party administrator of owner operated aircrafts. We assist owner-operators in the ownership and operating of their aircraft. OMR oversees aircrafts for owner partnerships. We provide services related to aircraft maintenance, hangar space, pilot services, aircraft insurance, and the purchase and sale of membership units in the legal entities owning aircraft.

About Us
OMR became a reality after Co-founder and former Congressman Rick Berg traveled throughout North Dakota and found it hard to get back to his family without losing days to travel. The solution was found by sharing an aircraft that allowed Rick to make day trips all over the state and return home the same day.
OMR is a third-party manager of fractional aircraft. We do not own the aircraft we manage. OMR manages aircraft for fractional owners. We provide services related to aircraft maintenance, hangar space, pilot services, aircraft insurance, and financing the buying and selling of membership units in the LLCs that own the aircraft.
